How the resource is put together
Selection Criteria
The documents included have been carefully selected by people with extensive experience of working on stabilisation and conflict issues and with specific subject matter expertise. The emphasis has been on quality over quantity, and based on the principle 'if you only read ten papers, you should start with these'. Each section contains what we think are the most useful and up-to-date analyses, tool kits and case studies. The papers represent a broad range of perspectives, some of which do not necessarily reflect HMG policy.
